  I have used Larry since he first started plumbing. I have read all of these reviews and do not believe the bad reviews especially the ones that claim Larry lost it and was cursing them out. Larry is a Christian man that does not use that kind of language and does not believe in ripping people off. When I first started my business I bought a brand new food truck that some of the work was not done right when it was built. Larry knew I was hurting for money and made repairs at no charge. Also it is very hard to find anyone to work on plumbing in a food truck. It is very easy to get to and simple repairs but nobody wants to do it. Larry always helps me when I need help. He does not tell me he can't do it because it's a food truck. Snyder plumbing is a professional business that does excellent work. Some people just like to exaggerate! I'm very glad to have known Larry for over 30 years now. Wonderful people to work with. they care about their customers and the quality of work they do. If he didn't, he would not have built his business from one van to the success that it is now. Do not believe all these hateful reviews. That is not Lary and Lisa that I have known for so long.   Snyder was hired to repair a leak in a service line for residential. Technicians spent 2 hours searching for the leak digging holes / trench and never found the leak. They had a sharp shooter only for a shovel. I loaned them my shovel of which they broke. They left the job with problem not solved and with the holes / trench left in the yard. Said they would be back with a leak detector. End of next day I called Snyder because I hadn't heard from them. They told me their leak detector was broken and that I needed to find someone else. Paid 210.00 for a bunch of digging. Very disappointed in service, response and their attitude.

  The workers were great but the owner and his wife act like they are desperate for money. This was an insurance claim through Homeserve as well as our homeowners. They received the portion from Homeserve on the part that they owed, which was overpriced, and the check from the homeowners was in the mail. The day after the job was completed the OWNER came to our home demanding his money like he was out of his mind. He started cursing at my husband. My husband explained to him that his wife had received the check and that she has it on her. My husband then explained to him that before they get the final check that they needed to come and pick up their mess that they piled up on our porch which consisted of concrete, pipes, etc. He advised that, cursing the whole time at my husband, that he would have a g.. d.... truck come and pick it up. Well it took another week before they did this, but he came back the next evening and I had just left so my husband told him that his wife still has the check on her and that they had not picked up what they were supposed to pick up. The next day he had three (3) trucks come to pick it all up. My parents, which are in there mid 70'S along with my daughter, were there as we had to have someone there at the time. My mom calls and advised that they are putting ruts in our yard. My dad then called and said that they got stuck in our yard and another truck had to pull up to pull them out which left several ruts in our yard. When we advised them of this the owner called my dad a liar and denied all of it. I received a call from the owners wife, Lisa, and she advised me that the was going to meet me at my place of work to pick the check up. We advised them that they owed us $200.00 for the ruts needing to be fixed as well as the harrassment that they have put us through. I advised the owners wife, Lisa, that they are in the wrong and that my parents have no reason to lie about anything. That they are the most honest people you could meet. I did not appreciate my parents being called liars. When she showed up at my work, I reinterated this to her and she started giving excuses for her husband. The owner's wife, Lisa, advised that she would put a check in the mail for the $200.00 and apologized for her husband's behavior. I have yet to see this so called check so I guess they are just good a being liars themselves. To put is clearly, they will harass you and curse at you for there money. They will also show up at your home without cleaning up and demand their money. I would not recommend this company as the owner, Larry, is insane as well as a threat to society. There is not one (1) professional that will show up to your home after hours and start cursing you with every curse word out there. My husband was ready to pull his gun on him if he came any closed. My husband told him to get off of our property before he calls the law. This company might have been big at one time but the owner, Larry, is a lunatic and his wife, Lisa, lies and covers up for them. I am also posting this to the BBB as well and any other site I can find.
