I had a tenant without hot water for a week due to 4 plumbers canceling for various reasons. When I called Smith and Sons, they had someone dispatched out within 1 hour and provided great service! They called and gave me an updated on the issue and found a very cost effective way to fix the issue. Not only that, they identified another future problem and fixed that as well. I am very pleased with their professionalism and work. I will definitely be using them again for my real estate business and feel comfortable referring them out to my clients.

My 15+ year old 80-water heater quit working. I reached out to the company for an initial estimate and  the owner quickly agreed to stop by on his way home. He got the old water heater working and gave me some tips to try and fix it myself and did not charge me for the "inspection" , estimate, or the "DIY" repair advice .

After about a month, it finally died, and I hired these guys to install my new water heater which I found elsewhere. {Long story, but I wanted an 80-gallon water heater, which can be ridiculously expensive now.)

Camden and his helper, Robert, did the install. They called when they were on their way; they quickly got to work when they arrived; and they works diligently to get the water heater in and up and running.. They worked quickly and were very respectful and pleasant,! Good guys!

Have used your services a few times and have been very pleased by your quality of work, professionalism, and pricing. This particular call was for a stuck broken shower cartridge that we tried to change out ourselves but was too difficult. Called Smith and Sons and Camden came to save the day. Our old plumbing was a bit challenging but Camden took it on and got it done and had our shower working quickly. You ROCK Camden!!! The tech showed up within 2 hours after I called. Identified the problem, went to get the parts and repaired the leak. Great service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service. And their cost was reasonable.
