Plumbing Today:  The woman answering the initial call (halfway through CHRISTMAS EVE) was sympathetic, kind, helpful and had a great sense of humor.  She quickly found someone to come help us and they arrived earlier than initially promised.  The plumber quickly assessed the problem and gave a time it would be done- at a very reasonable cost. He was friendly, efficient, sympathetic and knew his job through and through.  Remember- this all happened on a holiday! I would highly recommend this company!

One of our neighbors recommended this company to us. Yesterday we found out our water softener system had developed a leak. The young lady who answered our call had 2 techs come out that afternoon and once they got here...we went with getting 2 installations done. Joe & Roger installed a new softener system and commercial water heater tank for us. The guys did a great job and were: very polite, hard working, kept us informed during entire process, cleaned up after completing installs and were just all together nice to work with. Both my wife & myself were contractors in Va. So, we know how much customer service means and how jobs need to be performed. These 2 young men did a great job and before they left, a neighbor across the street decided to hire this company for a project as well. I'm so grateful for James, his partner, and the office manager for their help with my problem! Some other plumbers claimed water damage was due to "splashing water", but James discovered a leak immediately. I rent, and dealing with my property managers (Houses In SA) absolutely sucks! But the guys reassured me the job would be quick & easy everytime... as it was... and the office manager kept me in the loop as much as she was allowed.. easing much of my stress. I really do feel like if it were any other plumbers this job would not have gotten done yet. This company has earned my respect with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to not only the job, but me, as a customer.

Orlando and his Helper sorry I'm so bad at remembering names, inspected the water heater and said that it was time to replace it. They gave a great estimate and had the water heater installed in about an hour and a half. They were both very professional and did a great job! Will definitely use Pumbing Today again! This was the second time that I use these plumbers they never seem to disappoint the first time they came they placed a courtesy camera to find out why the drain was clogging they found out that the main sewer line had a break they also gave me an estimate on that break but did inform us since we live in a modular home the management should pay for that.  well the management never took care of it so unfortunately seven months later, I made a call at 10pm a very sweet woman answered and set us up for the next day.  he came by unclog my drain and also gave me a 10% discount because of the situation I will definitely use them in the future I have this number in my phone saved .

My water heater started leaking on a Sunday and Plumbing Today was out within an hour.  They repaired it immediately and explained everything thoroughly!  I was so impressed by their service!  Brian Sills was professional and the best in the business! I love that this company is a locally owned business that values customer service and support! Keep up the great work!
