  The job was quickly identified, parts were ordered, and the repair was wonderfully done. I thought it was an amazing job, and was given an explanation of what parts were used, replaced, and why. I had a Fan motor for my inside unit burn out, I was able to have Charles come out and repair it. Thank you Charles!! :) Service times are a bit iffy, because of the distances the Technicians travel, time spend making sure the repairs are the best, and availability of correct parts. If you are first in the morning the Technicians are early or right on time. Smith Services will go out of their way to make sure you get the best service and repair.

  I bought this house and was having ac issues. I called smiths and they sent a technician out, younger kid. Told me I needed to replace my system. (Idk how he could have come up with that since he didn’t do anything and he was playing on his phones. He proceeded to tell me if I paid him cash he could come back and do it after hours. Told him no thank you and called the office. The manager acted like he could care less and kept telling me I was wrong and lying. I called another company who came out and found nothing wrong. After seeing the reviews about this company, stealing from churches, leaving people without ac for a long time. I guess this is the way this company operates. Run away from this company!

  Mr. Leo Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. I apologize for the delay in response, but we had to wait for google verification in order to respond. I did try to reach out to you directly, but unfortunately we have no record of you being a customer? I found that to be odd considering that every call that comes into our company gets entered into our system for dispatching. After hours we have an answering service that sends us the information on every call that comes in no matter if it was sent to a technician or not, even spam calls. Your information can not be found anywhere. Perhaps you have the wrong company? I tried to reach you through google, but it seems that was a dead end as well considering your account holds basically no information and seems to only have been created to leave this review. In reference to your claims, I have spoken to our Operations Manager and Management Team, no one seems to have any recollection of speaking to you or anyone regarding what you claim occurred. I can assure you we take these claims very seriously. Our customers are the backbone of our company and if one of our Technicians was to jeopardize them in any way, there would be severe consequences. That being said, we can not have eyes on everyone at all times and relay heavily on the feedback from our customers. We take customer concerns very seriously. I am not sure if this is actually a true review, considering we are unable to verify any information you put forth, but if it is please call our office so we can discuss this matter with you further.   I have been a loyal customer of Smith's Services for over 20 years and it is because of their outstanding customer service that they deliver each and every time whether is is a routine "tune-up" or repair and upgrades to the system. Today, I had an additional vent put in along with one removed from my system followed by a tightening of the duct-work. My service technician, Steven Bates had thoroughly explained the work that was to be done along with an accurate estimate on his last visit during a routine A/C maintenance check-up. Steven performed all the work as described in a very professional manner along with providing friendly customer service. Steven is an outstanding technician which is indicative of the professionalism shown by Smith's A/C technicians and office staff. I would highly recommend Smith's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone desiring an outstanding company in the A/C business which is critical to the comfort of households and businesses located in Florida.
