  When I decided to replace my heater( oil ) and water heater , I did a diligent review for many companies and I finally decided to hire Sila to do the project, though they are a little bit more expensive than others. Now I can tell you they are very professional, high standards of work very responsive and their goal is customer satisfaction. All their employees are friendly, professional and very responsive.   Edward our serviceman was great and professional. He definitely represented your company well. I did initially think the heating and air conditioning systems were more expensive than others but with service I am glad I made the purchase. I would recommend Sila to everyone.
