  UPDATE: HORIZON bought ServicMark and now our service is hit or miss. I still use there maintenance /insurance policy but can't be sure which staff will respond. The last tech was way off the mark for knowing our equipment. I have been using ServiceMark since they installed a new gas boiler for us 9 years ago. They have a good protection plan, have been professional and friendly completing my annual maintenance visits (included in the plan) , and their technicians don't seem compelled or compensated to upsell. How refreshing. An update: Our 20 year old air conditioning system quit in the first heat of the summer. I called ServiceMark for one of three quotes on a replacement. One company could offer a four week install time, another a two week install time. ServiceMark not only gave me a good quote, but could install it the next day (lucky for me and it was a cooler day - good for the attic work.) Irv Beilin was very helpful as the salesman and arrived the first business day after I called. Irv gave us a good combination of advice and sales. Since I already had competing quotes, I think I surprised him with an immediate decision. The extra benefit with this company is a 12 years parts warranty from the manufacturer matched with 12 years labor from the installer. Excellent coverage. Today the system was installed by Mark Malone and Will Hughes. Mark arrived 10 minutes early and was ready to go. They were an effective and efficient team and we had ac running in 7 hours! New inside and outside units, new piping, new thermostat all using the existing ductwork. Mark and Will were courteous and polite, worked safely, and kept the area clean during and after the install. As i noted before., I have had my boiler installed by ServiceMark years ago and maintained with an annual contract. That made a 12 year labor guarantee even more valuable because they have always given me excellent service. Sign me a happy customer.

  Have been using this company for 17 yrs. No Problems. The phone operators are very helpful and get you to the right place promptly and get your service scheduled when needed. Their service contract is very good also as you don't have to remember to have seasonal checkups done. I am very old and remember what old services (in general) used to be like - you call, they come right away, chat with you about what is wrong and what needs to be fixed so that you understand and at the best cost, and then they fix it. That's what you get from ServiceMark.

  Over the winter we had the drain line on our kitchen sink freeze and become blocked. The Service Mark tech was out and helping us before we knew it. Though it took a bit of persistence, he was able to clear the line and get out kitchen sink back to normal! Great work! Perfect timing on service!
