  The team at Shephard Plumbing were great to work with! They showed up when they said that they would and all of them were very polite! They fixed our plumbing problem using a trenchless process and the area/hole that they were working out of was all filled in as it was before. We would recommend them for your plumbing needs in The Upper Kittitas County (Cle Elum/Roslyn) area!

  Stan and Tim were great. My appointment was scheduled at between 8 and 9 a.m. They called me about 7:45 to confirm they were on their way. They took care of the faucet issue in short order. This is the second time I've had service from Shephard Plumbing and both experiences were great. The techs were very polite, professional and got the jobs done in less time than expected.

  Shepard Plumbing was excellent to deal with. We needed a gas water heater replaced on a very short timeline and they made it happen. The price was competitive and they were on time. The installer (Tyler) called ahead to get details and make sure everything was ready to go. The installation work was clean, no drips of pipe cement or leftover garbarge for example. As an added bonus additional in line shutoffs were installed to the tank. This isn't required as far as I know but points to a very thougtful install if any future work is needed. The transaction start to finish was very smooth. This was a great overall experience.
