  I had them come out for a estimate. The guy said he would have it to me by the end of the day. He never sent it to me. I called the next day they said they would send it, they didn't. Called two more times said they would send it they never did. Don't use this company if they can't do an estimate I wouldn't trust them to do plumbing work. Terrible beware these people are unprofessional.

  Hello Samuel, I am sorry you never received your estimate but I do show that we mailed it to you twice after you called us multiple times. I am not sure if something is going on with the mail or what but I can verify the address if you'd like to call me at our office. 509-575-0148

  You would be wise to require them to provide bond and insurance information before hiring this company. They are well aware of damage caused by their work but avoid returning calls and following up. Beware of lack of observation, ordering the wrong parts, or incorrect installation. If you see something is wrong and say something is wrong, you will quickly realize what's wrong and it will cost you money, time, and labor to re-do some of the work. But when a business doesn't care and the owner doesn't even bother to find out what happened, there's your sign.

At this point I can not find your name in our system but maybe was under someone else's name?? Again please call us so we can get this figured out.

  Apex was great. They installed several water heaters for us. We called around and got quotes from multiple local plumbers and their rate was the lowest. Very satisfied with their service. Thanks
