  We had a number of issues with our aging HVAC system. Having used Shelby Heating and Air for many years, we contacted them for service. Although it proved necessary for them to make multiple trips to our property, all issues were resolved and our system is now operating flawlessly. We are very grateful for their diligence and determination in handling the repair and maintenance of our unit. A special shout out to "Nick" who did a stellar job, with patience and professionalism. High five!

  If I can give 0 star, I will. I had an appointment that I had booked a week ago. Been calling them and they said they can make it today. We cancelled all our appointments just to wait for someone who can come out and check our AC. At the end of the day, I need to called them back again to make sure if someone still coming out. and the front desk said No. what a waste of time. I hope they have better communication and let you know early if someone couldn’t make it.

  John and team really took care my me and my family. Our heat pump went completely belly up with a big leak. With the cold weather coming we went from an estimate to an installed system in 8 days. The install was quick, clean, and professional. I have zero complaints. Their prices are fair and technicians are always quick to respond when we need help.
