A joke! My shower still has standing water after 1 1/2 weeks. So the plumbing that was supposedly FIXED, is still NOT! I just can't understand how you come to a house 3xs and job still not correctly done. Half fixing is their priority in my opinion.

Called to get a 2nd opinion for new tankless system. (our water heater died)  Sarah was so kind and helpful.  The quote was over 1k less than the other company.  Jason was knowledgeable and professional.  The install was quick and thorough.  I would highly recommend!

Very professional. They explained everything to me and they were very nice! They made sure they installed it neatly and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were on time and came that day to fix the problem. Highly recommend them.

I called to have someone come out for an estimate to add an additional spigot on the back side of my house. The guy that I was talking to was all for it and nice UNTIL I told him that it was a new double wide that was just set in early March. At that point his tune and attitude changed all together and was told that they don’t really like to work on double wide homes and that they are actually overbooked. Use if you choose, but I would NOT recommend them to anyone - even if it was to hook up a new water hose.

I had called on Tuesday and made an appointment for them to come out on Friday (the same week), and when I called to check on when they were coming out today, they said they didnt even have me scheduled to be serviced.
When i made the appointment, i had asked the approximate time they would come out, he had said that he was unsure when the technician  would be out but yet they only had one other job to do on Friday. So, it was almost like they didnt put me as a priority because they didnt have enough appointments scheduled for that day.
I Only kept the appointment because they were quick to answer the phone.
Be careful, the competance level of this company is not reliable.

On a positive note, the service part rep. Was helpful at first, gave me several thoughts on what the problem might be. But still questioned me and asked me if i still wanted to make an appointment.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. They did not do their job they charged a hundred extra dollars for a generator they did not use they were supposed to come out and snake my drain lines they did not snake my drain line they dug two holes in my yard and drilled a hole in the top of my septic tank and left not filling the holes in telling me that I needed to get somebody to clean my septic. So when calling them back to have them come back out here to snake my drains to do the job that they were paid to do that they never done the lady is going to tell me that since I was not satisfied with the service that they done the first time they were out here that she was just going to file my ticket away and that they would not be coming back. Well I've had somebody to clean the septic tank out and we still have this ongoing problem because Hoyle plumbing never fixed it never done what they were supposed to do when they come out. They done what they wanted to do instead of doing what they were paid to do now they refuse to come back out to do this job that they got paid to do that they never done. they're not even worth 1 * but I had to give him some type of a rating very very very poor service do not use them!!!!!

Walked in needing to purchase a well pump and new well tank. The guys at the counter looked at us and continued their non business conversation. One employee left and got on the golf cart and the other never acknowledged we were there.

After everyone left, the gentleman running the counter made up for it with his knowledge and great customer service by helping us find everything we needed.

The only reason I gave a 3 stars is because of the way our visit started.
