We called SERVPRO when we had a bathtub leak through the basement ceiling. They were prompt about getting us into their schedule. The two workers came out, installed dehumidifiers, demo'd the drywall that was ruined, and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone that has an emergency issue.

Overall, my experience with the ServPro of Sarpy County has always been positive. They are a vendor that unfortunately I never want to see because it means we have the need for water, fire, mold, cleanup, or restoration services due to a result of a disaster. Pat and his team are always available when disaster strikes. Their on-site planning and coordination is excellent and efficient which allows us to get back to normal operations in a very timely manner. Thanks Pat and Team!

I came home to water running out of my ceiling from an ice dam on my roof. I called Pat at SERVPRO of Sarpy County and he was there in less than 30 minutes to assess the problem and help minimize the damage. He had me call my insurance and came back later to cleanup. The insurance guy was happy that I had much less damage because SERVPRO came right out to help and my house was back together faster too. Since then, they have restored carpets in a rental that were too gross to walk on before they showed up, saving me hundreds of dollars to replace them. I have also had them out to clean animal smell out of another house. Every time, they have been honest and hard working. I wish every company I do business with was as good as these guys.
