Service One also performs Plumbing services. Within the last year, Paul has saved us from expensive plumbing repairs through his ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of our issue and achieve the most efficient solution. He is responsive, honest and professional. If he isn’t available during our service calls, Bobby is another plumber I highly recommend.

My water pipe attached to the house burst while their company was servicing my neighbor's AC. Mark suggested I call. I called and they said they'd be out in 2 hours. Mark turned off the water to my house. Paul Polen and his side kick arrive on time!! Paul performed in a very professional manner and capped off my system. He ordered new parts and mentioned it was a temporary fix. His personality and empathy were remarkable. He was very reassuring and said he'd take care of this problem. He did and will return with parts upon their arrival.

Many thanks to Justin for taking the time to fully explain that It was necessary to replace my 22 year old AC. I also met Alfredo who explained the entire process to me by giving me the best options. These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in helping me through this time. My new unit was installed the next day by technicians who arrived early that morning who were polite and friendly. Thank you, Peggy P.
