The plumber replaced our hot water heater 11 months ago and used the wrong parts when connecting it from what AO Smith recommended to use. We did not know this until we had corrosion around the connection area. Called Service Master and the technician seen the problem and called his supervisor to work on the hot water heater to replace the parts. Tom Moore the owner said no if the customer does not want pay for it than he told the technician to get into his truck and leave. When I called and sent a text to owner stating that the AO Smith said that they would not cover it since they did not use the proper parts. He never returned my call or text. The next day I called which he should, of and they are sending me the new parts, but I will call another plumbing company before ever using him again. Also I let AO smith company to never recommend this company again since they don't train there technicians and nor do they stand behind their work.

Had a great experience with Technician Xavier, who responded to fix an electrical issue when another ServiceMaster employee installed a water heater just a few days earlier. Xavier was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He immediately identified the problem and repaired it without any issues.

Appointment provided from reception for 12:00 pm-2 pm and changed by them between 14:00pm to 16:00 PM but technician reached at 4:50 pm for thankless water heater gas leakage during working water heater. Technician don't have a proper gas tester for testing gas leakage and not aware about the equipment during service call with Rinnai service support, and Rinnai technical support requested to represent a technician familiar with the job,, and job postponed for another day by the technician. Next day morning during conversation concerned front office requires payment $237 for previous day job even though nothing done.. How the service of the equipment will be done if the service team performed poor..
