  Repairs were good, they were on time. The only little detail is that the plumber never knocked on my door and let me know that he was there. I noticed it through my ring doorbell. Also, he never notified me that the repair was completed. He simply did his work and left. I noticed that the repair was completed when the water started flowing on my faucet. Other than that, they were on time and did a good work.

  Amazing company especially the plumber Declan they sent to my rental home, for 2 separate issues. He diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and ensured my house didn’t burn down as the handyman who came first left a live electrical wire exposed. On his second trip he diagnosed the clog and had it running smooth in less than a half hour. Amazing job! Fast and professional. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the Orlando area that needs their service!!

  One of my pipes blew out in the garage and Encore came the next day! Delaney provided me a quick assessment and told me exactly what he was going to do. The price and the work was great. I've used them before and I will continue to do so. I definitely recommend!
