Recommend by our usual plumber b/c they had too much work on their hands. Great customer service from start to finish. Shannon(Sharon maybe?) the receptionist was so friendly and very informative. Got us set up quickly. Our plumber technician, Loy, was great. Very polite, explained everything well, completed the work on replacing our sink valves to perfection. He even wore a mask per request since my mom is immune compromised. Plus he Clorox wiped everything after he was done just for extra safety!! I mean WOW! So so nice. From start to finish I had the estimate cost, scope of work to be completed, then emailed before and after photos… definitely had a positive experience.

My technician was LOY. He arrived earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful. He was polite and professional and got right to work. When he was done with his inspection of the problem, he explained clearly what the problem was, provided several options for addressing the problem and explained each option thoroughly. I was very impressed with Loy—his professionalism, his clarity, and his honesty. I will definitely call Service Squad for any future plumbing needs, and I’ll ask for LOY specifically.

Loy was super fast and really professional when it came to our toilet install. He also answered a few questions I had about water softener systems and was very knowledgeable. The price of services was very fair, not overpriced like alot of people around dfw.
