Terry R was extremely nice, prompt (I called at 11pm and he arrived prior to midnight) and professional. He diagnosed the source of the backup, cleared it and ran the camera to ensure there were not any other obstructions and made a couple recommendations to prevent this in the future. It’s nice to have good service provider contacts (I am a realtor and regularly asked if  I “know anyone good at” something) I will definitely recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing to my clients.

Terry was great! He arrived earlier than what I was originally quoted which I was completely good with!
Upon arriving he smiled and introduced himself. Terry was really nice and friendly. He got right to the task and was done super fast! The price was reasonable and fair.  Terry gave let us know he would be happy to come out snd install a new toilet. He even helped us reunite a lost puppy!!

I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. Ask for Terry!

Called to have my outdoor spigot replaced. Had continuous updates via text message from start to finish. Terry and Damien were my plumbers, both very pleasant and informative.  Terry explained the process, step by step, asked which spigot I preferred.  Even updated it with a threaded adapter. They also took the time to address other plumbing concerns I had inside my restroom shower. Will definitely call to have them come out in the future for other repairs.

Had a gray water backup unexpectedly into two bathrooms and water leaking from the the toilet onto the floor. Found all of this coming home after 11 pm.  Not only was service dispatched in under an hour, but Terry R was so kind and helpful. Our services were performed quickly and with the highest customer service satisfaction you can imagine! When I saw our bill after scoping and cleaning out our line, I was shocked at how reasonably priced Plumb Shield was.  Truly grateful for your thoughtfulness at such a late hour on the weekend!
