  Had a problem at our shop septic tank at 6pm on a Friday. Called sep Tecs and he said he would be out Saturday morning to pump our tank. (Nobody else would have came out on a weekend) Goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly highly recommend.

  I highly recommend Sep-Tecs. Our ejector pump completely died on a Saturday night. Six days before Christmas. We had a house full of people and were not able to use a drop of water. We were considering having to move the entire family out of the house because we knew we could not make it days without using showers, toilets etc. After doing a Google search I came across Sep-Tecs. My first contact with them was about 5 PM. I explained our situation and Dave, the owner, called around and found a new replacement pump on a Saturday evening a few days before Christmas. He and his son Jake drove probably 45 minutes to pick it up then another 30 minutes back to our house. By the time he got there it was around 10 PM and he installed the pump and got us up and running again. Oh, and by the way, Jake’s was due any minute to have their first child. We had a minor issue with the pump that developed on Christmas Day. Unfortunately I had to call him that evening. They came out on a Sunday and corrected the problem and things have been running smoothly since then. This is a small family business and they will treat you right! Dave is very responsive and attentive. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Dave and his son were awesome they fit me in when i had a emergency. On time very professional will recommend to friends and family!! A++++
