  We noticed water leaking from our water heater last week. I called Petroski Plumbing in the morning and they showed up that same afternoon. When Ed and his crew arrived, Ed asked me how long I had the water heater and he gave me a number to call to see if it was still under warranty. It was. While they were there, they also checked my water pressure and found it to be very high. Ed explained that the high pressure could cause unnecessary wear on the plumbing components in my house. Ed and his crew replaced my pressure regulator and water heater in a timely and professional manner. The thing that impressed me the most is that Ed had the honesty and integrity to inform me that the water heater may still be under warranty. I am sure that many other companies would have just sold me a new water heater. I will continue to use Petroski Plumbing for any future plumbing issues because of their honesty and integrity.

  A few weeks ago I was in dire need of a plumber so I called Petroski. I was told they don't have any plumbers working there. The lady gave me numbers for 2 other plumbers both of which I didn't get a call back for 2 days. Luckily I was referred by a friend to a plumber who put me in front of others because it was an emergency. Petroski used to be excellent back in the day.. I'm sad because I liked them.

  The pilot light went out on our gas water heater and we couldn't get it to relight. This was on a Sunday. I called Monday morning and in about an hour Ryan was here checking it out. He had it relit in no time and made sure all was well. Petroski Plumbing has a new customer!! Thank you!
