  Came in for one item couldn't find it wasn't helped. When I finally asked their answer was put on a mask. Can I just cover? Just put on a mask for me will you!! There were others in there with face coverings so idk. There are lots of places that aren't forcing me so I'll buy from them

  Security supply usually has what I'm looking for. But not this time. I'm looking for a stem for an old one handle faucet that goes on an old cast iron wall hung bathroom sink

  We wanted to purchase 5 hybrid water heaters for our rental property in Schenectady and this company wouldn’t take a credit card! They wanted a bank check only! I never heard of such a ridiculous demand! I would not recommend this company!!!

  Steven, We are sorry you are upset with the precautions taken with new customers for over-the-phone orders from out of state We have been victimized by scams in the past and have implemented policies to verify credit cards. We have not had any issues with other new customers willing to give us the requested documentation in circumstances like this.
