  So when the master bath flooded in the bunkhouse of the business...from all drains, I was so upset! Initially called our plumber, and he discovered it was our septic system. We called one local place, and they were 3 days out, and this wasn't an option. Because we choose to shop local, I looked for someone in Carrollton. I looked at reviews, and saw Scott's had better reviews than who I was recommended! So I called, and almost begged (lol) for help. She called Jo, and YES, they could get to me that day! They kept in contact on when they would arrive, and when Jo arrived, his work ethic was spot on! He explained everything so we could understand completely! He also discovered our fill lines were done for, and set things for them to be moved, file permits, and make things so simple for us! Him, and his helper, were freakin' amazing! And the price! I was dreading it. Especially since I was worked in, and I was needing a full pump! From beautiful etiquette, to being so informative, you can't go wrong!!! This will be someone we use, for the business, and personal, for as long as they are around!

  They came out the day I called and had my tank dig up and our problem diagnosed within an hour. He explained to me what we would need to do and how the whole process works and a very fair price. They came back out as soon as the permit was issued and replaced our field lines. They were here exactly the time they told me would be, and finished before lunch. They even played with my dogs. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with all aspects from price to finished job. Thanks a bunch.

  Josh was great today. Found leak, took before and after pictures for me, gave me repair and replace options, good communication when coming to appt and going to get parts. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.
