  Called him when the hot water tank wouldn't light. He talked me through some tricks on the phone and got it going. No charge. He's not a money vampire.

  Very friendly and professional on the phone, educated me on the issue i was having and how it would need to be fixed and what the cost would be up front.. best of all quick service for what i considered an emergency issue
