  By far the worst company to do any business with! Very unprofessional, very rude, they WILL cuss you out and do whatever they want, because everyone in this company is a "manager"... Pam, and this other lady there - Heaven forbid you have to deal with them! Stay away! Do not use this company for your own sake! UPDATE: They didn’t even submit the correct back-flow device. Fair oaks water district came to shut off my water and I caught them in the moment and showed them my receipt, otherwise they would have shut my water off. Also, they didn’t even tag the device, which is $7 according to the guy at Fair Oaks water district.

  We pride ourselves on our prompt, professional, and courteous service. You called us for a service that we provided and then refused to pay for the service and stopped answering our phone calls. It was not until we elevated the case to our collections department that you finally returned our calls and settled the bill. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the outcome of your service, but we can not work for free.
