Called to order a tankless water heater and received great assistance. One part wasn't in stock but was very accommodating by having it shipped to me UPS. When I went to pick up my part I was assisted immediately by a nice young man. He asked me to pull up to the loading dock and another nice man loaded it in the back. I was in and out in less than 30 min. That includes moving my car. Everyone was helpful and courteous. First time here. Great place.

Ferguson's out performs any big box store. Their knowledgeable staff and well stocked stores can't be beat. They are a contractor's supply house so if you are a homeowner doing your own repairs be prepare to act professional.
