  Even though the part i needed was no longer available ( outside faucet from the 50's) the gentleman that waited on me was Super Helpful. Showed me the way to repair my leaky faucet. Very grateful for his courteous, helpful information. THANKS!!!

  Very nice person at the desk. He knows lots about plumbing, I needed a 3' plug for my basement main drainout. The one I bought at a big box hardware store did not work. I brought my drain plug and he found the one I needed very fast. One star lost because this store smells like smoke. Which I think is crazy that people will smoke in their own store and make it smell terrible. Also the 1 star person a has a point as the person at the desk does not wear a mask. This is May 2020 and maybe he is vaccinated.

  Let me start by saying, I hate anything about plumbing with a passion. That being said, the knowledge and experience they have not only saved me time and money but, a whole lotta grief as well. For that, I'm grateful. Thank you!
