Metro came out, did a few things in my house. They came in well organized and clean! They did terrific work and was out within an hour! would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

Second time I got service from them.
They were always on time, low prices, clean and
very friendly. I’ll  always call these guys when I need them. I even refer them to all my friends and family.

I can't really comment on their quality of work because they never showed up for their appointment.  At first, Mike was nice enough to  come out, take a look at what we needed, and give an estimate.  We set the appointment. He didn't show.  I had to follow up.  We set a new appointment.  Never showed up, didn't answer my texts...  So, hire at your own risk.

They gave me all the information i needed to fix my drain and worked very hard for me

Got a phone quote 20 hours after everyone's basements flooded figured let the rush die off this company is charging a minimum 499 plus 99.00 travel fee to snake a drain when roto rooter quoted 99.00 snake fee and 99.00 emergency fee seams this company is just using the disaster flooding as a excuse to fleece people they aught to be ashamed of themselves not even close to reasonable

We charge 150 to 200 during normal business hours.
You called us at 12 o clock at night for a cable job. My technicians have been going from 5am. If you needed service at 12am in the middle of the night, you need to know companies will upcharge, flood or no flood.
If you want service during normal business hours, then our cable fee is 150 to 200 depending on the machine that is used. And by the way, roto rooter charges 99 travel fee after hours plus a $350 cable fee. I managed there for 7 years before branching off on my own. I know there prices like the back of my hand.I’m sorry AFFORDABLE SPRINKLERS.

They came to my house to unclog a pipe (which I now know was just filled with baby wipes from the previous owners of my house) and told me that it was tree roots in my underfloor. That I would have to have my basement floor tore up and the pipes replaced and it would be $10-15,000 to fix it and that it’s okay because my home insurance will cover it. I paid them $295 to snake the drain which they did not actually do because they would have easily cleared the baby wipes. David Kolbasky and his partner are scammers. Do not use this company.

Your issue with your sewer is not at the main clean out. It is in your underfloor inside the house. The technicians were there cabling your drain for over an hour. They pulled your toilet and cabled your sewer pulling back roots from inside the home numerous times.
The quote given to you on your invoice was for $3295 to replace your leaking stack line,
clean out and remove up to 5 feet of underfloor with re-cement. I will be positing the invoice shortly. Where you are coming up with $10-15,000 just amazes me.
If a inspector came out to camera your drain.
Tell him not to camera the main.
He needs to camera thru the toilet clean out.
He needs to pull the toilet and put the camera down that drain. If your entire house was backing up, then we would’ve cabled the main.
Only your bathroom was backing up.
Any plumber or technician in their right mind would tell you the same thing.
We are willing to come back at NO CHARGE to pull and reset your toilet with a camera.
After I prove that you have that issue.

Ignacio bailed me out of a plumbing issue after a number of other plumbers didn't even bother showing up. He came out at 9:30 at night and was able to resolve all of my issues quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Further, and most importantly, he listened and was able to walk me through what was wrong in a way that I could understand with very little plumbing knowledge. I highly recommend his services.
