When we suddenly found it raining in our basement bathroom on super bowl Sunday, we called many plumbers including Russo brothers. Russo brothers was the only plumber ti promptly return my call (in about 15 minutes) and set up a service call. I was able to shut the water off to the whole house so an emergency call wasn’t needed. The came they next morning at 9am and the plumber was super knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He listened to the description of what I noticed and promptly discovered where the leak was. He told me what repairs would be necessary and let me decide if I wanted to move forward immediately or not. The service was performed in a timely manner and the entire area was kept clean and tidy. I’m very happy with our experience and would use Russo brothers again.

We felt that Phil, the technician who both evaluated our 16-year-old water treatment system and later replaced it with a new one was excellent. He was professional, personable, and explained everything very clearly. Russo's price was quite competitive with the other estimates we received. This was one of the best experiences we've had with a plumbing company.

Two services were needed - replace shutoff valves (kitchen) and repair faucet (kitchen). All of my interactions with Russo Bros were professional and efficient. I reside in an older home which needs many repairs. I have dealt with many service technicians in the past few years. Tim C. actually listened to what I was saying, provided options (at different price points), made the necessary repairs and answered all of my plumbing questions to my satisfaction WITHOUT being condescending (which unfortunately is rare). There was no pressure to up-sale me. Everything from the scheduling of the appointment to the execution of the service was performed well. Kudos to Tim C and the staff at Russo Bros!
