  Russ Serpe just finished our home and went above and beyond our expectations. Buying an old house we knew that there could be some hidden difficulties and they fixed them all. They were knowledgeable and helped us out a lot with layout and functionality. They were able to explain some tricky concepts to me, who doesn't know the first thing about plumbing, in a very simple manor. They didn't cut any corners and still worked very quickly. All of the employees were very kind and I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have! Can't say enough about them!

  Russell is a great guy, easy to talk to and really knows his stuff. His staff is excellent and they do high quality work at a fair price. I would use them again in a second and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

  ANOTHER ICE COLD HOUSE THIS WINTER THANKS TO RUSSELL SERPE! Since he installed my NEW FURNACE I was wishing for my old one! What a mistake going with Russell because once he was paid in full he just does not want to help - at all. 10 calls all unanswered. Thief. I was force to hire another plumber to get the heat turned on. SOME ITEMS WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. Russell offered NO HELP AT ALL. *** AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!
