  My furnace after 30 years of service, decided end its life during one of the cold spells. Brian was quick to respond to get me a quote and fit me in there busy schedule within 3 days. Colton did the installation which he was very knowledgeable, professional and did quality work. I will use Royal for other services.

  Such a great experience. Our water softener started acting crazy pumping water nonstop the day before thanksgiving. I was able to shut it down and Baylor was able to come help us out first thing on Monday. He was able to come earlier than planned, but called to make sure someone would be home. He was personable, professional and was able to take care of the problem with a new softener. He was respectful I our home, closed the doors and gate the the stairs quieter than any of my kids and cleaned up after himself. Truly a wonderful technician and outstanding human! We’ll definitely call again when the need arises.
