My family and I have been customers of Pitcher Plumbing for 30+ years.  Chad quickly came to my new house just this week and fixed a problem that the general contractor made a complete mess of. I cannot thank Pitcher Plumbing enough. Mark and his guys are the simply the BEST in the whole universe!!  I would give them 100 stars if I could.

We’ve used Pitcher’s several times. They’re wonderful. Not only did they come and repair our water heater, they explained maintenance and general information to get the most life out of the heater. I was so surprised at the low cost of their service.

Very pleased with the service I received from Pitcher.  Did an excellent job of installing a new water heater for half the price of the big boys.

A friend recommended this company! They were very responsive, completed the work in a quick efficient manner and at a fair price. Will be coming back to them for future projects.

I myself am a general contractor. I depend on sub contractors for my work. Had an appointment on Tuesday with the owner of this company. He completely blew me off. No call, wouldn't answer the phone.  It's day's  later now and I've not heard from him. I  myself as a contractor do my absolute best to do what I say I will, show up, and be responsive. If something comes up, or something happens,  as it often does,  I call and reschedule. I'm not sure why so many sorry contractors lack integrity , but it's a joke! Lost my business in the future.

I apologize I wasn't able to make your appointment for a free estimate.  And I also apologize that it took me 24 hours to call you back, which I did.  Unfortunately I was in an elderly customers basement knee deep in water at the time of your appointment.  Per our phone conversation when the appointment was made, I explained that me being the Secretary and Plumber it was hard for me to make appointments after business hours. Most free estimates I do are in the morning when I can guarantee the time frame before the day gets busy.
I am the 3rd generation running this small family business and I strive to keep our customers as happy as possible.
Emergencies come up and that's the major portion of our work.

Pitchers Plumbing is the absolute best!! We will not use anyone else.  They don't try to upsale you and are very honest. I have had Chad and Jake out to my house,  they are always respectful and polite. And they don't leave until they find the problem and fix it!! And the bill is always less than I'm thinking by a couple hundred dollars.  Thank you all for being so awesome!

Chad was on time and got straight to work. The installation looked very professionally  done and he went above and beyond to  make sure everything was taken care of for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  I will definitely use Pitcher Plumbing again.

I was referred to Pitcher Plumbing due to the company I usually go through not being available. I had left a voicemail and surprisingly got a call back within the hour! JAKE responded very quickly and was able to identify and fix the issue with ease. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and the price was unbeatable. Thank God my brother referred me to Pitcher Plumbing. First time I used them was July 2020. Had a significant leak right at the main water shut off in my basement and not only did they come out within hours it was also a holiday weekend. Others wanted to charge a pretty hefty weekend/holiday/emergency fee, but not Pitcher. Jake was AWESOME, friendly and very professional. Fast forward to Feb 2021, we noticed a small leak kind of in the same area, turned out to be just a loose connection. I called them (Pitcher) and Jake was back out within a couple of hours, in the brutal snow AND on Presidents Day no less. He assessed the minor problem and it was fixed in a snap! They honor their work and I appreciate that immensely. I will always call Pitcher for our plumbing needs!! Thank you Pitcher! Thank you Jake!
