  Please wear masks in assisted living communities during a Pandemic. Our residents are especially vulnerable to the virus and have had to remind your team several times to comply with state regulations. Their service techs are always rude and not very professional. I’ve tried to be understanding that your company is busy, but anytime we run into an issue caused by plumbing errors, no one will take responsibility to come back on site and fix the problem until we have 2 or 3 meetings about it and then they’re still very reluctant to do the work. Please don’t have an attitude when you come to the location and do your work professionally and carry on throughout your day.

  Love Royal Plumbing. Prompt, professional and great job. Had a new toilet installed. Took no time at all. Would highly recommend.

  Told them the gas valve on my water heater was bad and told them to replace it. They came looked at the valve and cleaned it like $50 less money then replacing the valve cause it’s less labor. Now 3 weeks after cleaning it, it stopped working again and it’s the weekend and they aren’t open to help me without a stupid high emergency fee.
