  Very knowledgeable about plumbing and many other aspects of a home. Helped me trouble shoot a drain issue and fix the problem a fraction of the price other local plumbers charge. Was very easy to schedule an appointment and get someone to my home quickly to fix the problem in my drains. I am very pleased with the service I received, and will be a repeat customer.

  Richard made time for us when we needed help with a slow basement drain. I was kept informed about our appointment. He does great work and has practical, sensible solutions; no nonsense kind of guy which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

  Richard came out on 18 hrs notice to help with clog in basement drain, Was in and out in less than an hour and drain works like a charm now. Appreciated how he went out of his way to share advice on preventative maintenance that could help avoid potential problems. Will definitely use again when needed, highly recommended!!
