  I got a letter from the city informing me my meter showed we used 45,000 gallons last month. I like long showers, but that's a bit much! Called Royal Flush, and even though it was after 6pm, Doug answered the phone right away. He explained very clearly the possible causes, and offered to have his son come the next day to check it out and hopefully fix. Joseph and Anthony arrived promptly the next day as promised, and got straight to work. They found the leak quickly (broken line right outside the meter box), fixed it quickly, and checked not only that their repair was good, but also checked all my fixtures to assure we didn't have any other leaks. Anthony even took the time to fill the hole in and piece the sod back together over the hole! SUPER nice and knowledgeable guys - all of them. HIGH QUALITY work, and a fair price. Will definitely use Royal Flush exclusively for any future plumbing projects.

  I first spoke with Doug to see if his company, Royal Flush Plumbing, LLC, could help me with a refrigerator water hook up issue. As soon as Doug picked up, I could tell that his excellent manners and professionalism were going to be hard to beat! He was able to send out his employee, and son, Joseph, who was just as nice, professional, knowledgeable, and quick! He made me feel very taken care of and was in and out of my home in a jiffy! Before he left, he made sure that everything was just right and that it was all done to my satisfaction! I have a bit of a soft spot in my heart for companies run by families. It may just be me, but this experience was as good as, or even better than any other plumbing experience that I've ever had!

  These guys are wonderful! Brock and Doug are honest and professional and I always trust they'll do what's best for my home and pocket! I can't say enough positive things about Royal Flush. Should you need plumbing services, these are your guys!
