  We are new to the area (moved here in Aug 2021) Donatelli came recommended as "the only" plumbing company to use. The guy in charge (can't remember his name, my apologies) came with another young man and they were soooo good! Smart, professional, fast, willing, responsive, and soooo helpful. Such a refreshing experience! They had to replace/install two toilets and they put a faucet outside in our backyard! We will use them again.

  We had a pipe that burst when the temperatures dropped last week. I admit that I did not know how to turn our water off. They left a job, hurried over, and helped me locate the off valve. Then they stayed and fixed it immediately. They were done within a few hours. The job was done well, and I am very grateful. Probably one of the best parts was how direct and thorough their communication was. They told me at every step the estimated cost and asked my permission to proceed. This was very helpful so that I could monitor the price as it went along. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Professional, class act for sure.
