  This is the 2nd time I used royal flush. The first time I had a guy snake my kitchen sink, ended up working out fine but he ripped my rug in the process. No big deal, it’s old and I was gifted it. The second time a few days ago they came to snake my main line. After being told what we have already had done the preceded to do the same thing that was already done before. When they left my situation was worse, not better. Was told I’d receive a call in regards to what to do next and never received that call. Instead of asking me to move anything in their way they decided to unplug a wax warmer on their own that spilled all down my wall and into my outlet (picture is after I cleaned said outlet) the wax went into my brand new toothbrush that cost $150. Since we didn’t receive a call back we called them the next day and told them they left my house a mess (mud everywhere, wax everywhere) and ruined a brand new toothbrush they told us “sorry but we still have to charge you for our time). So we paid $320 to end up with MORE issues than before, a ruined toothbrush, a wax filled electrical outlet and wax all over my walls and mud all over as well. Will not ever use them again.

  Had a new gas water heater installed. Service was quick and good. The workers were friendly and efficient. Price was about $200 higher than I was originally told.

  Royal Flush was prompt and arrived within the designated time frame given to me. Their professionals were fantastic, educated and polite. I will certainly be using Royal Flush for all plumbing needs moving forward. You have a customer for life.
