  Be prepared to get ripped off! A 2-3 hour job took them from late Thursday until Monday to finish. they left Thursday night because one of the workers had an appointment at 7 that night. No problem, they would be back first thing Friday morning. First thing ended up being around 1:30 - 2 Friday afternoon. they only stayed 45 minutes or so because of rain. No work on my job was done Friday. One guy did some assembly work on his later while the boss man took a nap in my side yard. They said they would be back first thing Saturday morning. I had 3 phone calls from the office asking if they could come out. I told the office lady the last I knew was that they were coming out first thing Sat morning. They never showed Sat. No phone calls any time to let me know they were going to be late or not coming. They did make it Monday to do the job. I was at work so they send a man out to collect payment after I got home from work. The total bill.....$478.00! They charged me $119.50 an hr!! I will never use Shae Plumbing for ANYTHING again. Very unprofessional, not dependable and in my opinion a shyster!

  I have been using Shae for about 9 years and was relatively pleased with their services until the last two months. He was called to my house to clear my main line two months ago. At that time he cleared my line it took him 15 minutes and my line was clogged within two weeks. The second time he got his snake stuck in my line and dug up my clean out and busted it. He told my husband how to fix it and left. The last time he returned to clean out my line he sent his workers. One of which threatened to kill my dogs that wern't even out in the yard. He charged me for time that they didn't work. He charged me for 1 hour of travel time and his address for his shop is less than 10 min away. He is a shyster!!

  I had called for them to give me a quote to redo plumbing in bathroom so I could install a new vanity. They took my info. And told me someone would be out in morning. The next morning comes and nobody came. Tried calling all day and got no answer. I proceeded to get a few quotes from other places. The next day they call and leave me a voicemail. I didnt reply to their voicemail because I already had my quotes. They then showed up at my house and asked if Ithey could still give me a quote the next morning and apologized for not being able to come they said their guy didnt show up for work. I told them I already got a few quotes but if they could come in the morning I would see if they could do it for a cheaper price. He told me the time of the next morning he would show up. Then, the next morning comes and nobody shows up. I never heard from them again and hell no I did not call again. These people are so untrustworthy. They do not know how to run a business. Pretty sure they dont even have a call rep. Because the first time I called they were in the van going down the road tossing around the phone to write my info. Down. So unorganized and unprofessional. I dont even trust this company knows what they are doing. I dont know how they are even still in business.
