  Great service! Had a clogged floor drain, backing up sinks in the basement. Roto Rooter had it draining very well in less than an hour. The service tech, named Mack, was an awesome guy, very friendly and informative. Thanks Mack! I appreciate Mack's advice as well.

  I Had a TV remote plugging my toilet. Every other place I called couldn't get to me for a day or more. I called roto-rooter and they sent someone out right away! The gentleman was super kind, professional, and got the job done quick.

  Mack, was extremely courteous in my emergency visit! He got me in with his schedule within 48 hours and had come a little earlier than scheduled which was perfect for my busy lifestyle!
