  Jimmy was personable and professional. He answered all of my dumb plumbing questions without smirking (which really was a feat!) and talked me through my options thoroughly. Kaydin did a beautiful job replacing the trim on my shower - his caulking is a work of art. I was also extremely impressed with how he listened and responded to his more experienced coworker - it’s a valuable trait! I was impressed with both and them and will hire Chet’s for all my future plumbing needs, and recommend them to anyone.

  We needed help with old water heater not working right and change filter on water line. Called Chet's on Friday, serviceman was there on Monday, changed filter and explained issue with water heater and gave us an estimate. We decided to get new water heater and serviceman was back promptly when promised, removed old and installed new , Work was completed efficiently, and area left clean, all is working great. Receptionist and serviceman both friendly and professional. We are very satisfied and will use Chet's again.

  Our thermostat went out and I didn't feel comfortable in replacing myself, called Chets and they came same day. However thermostat they put in "short cycled" and furnace would turn off and on every 8 minutes. Both Shawn and Riley responded to calls and were professional and easy to talk with, they problem solved issue and installed a new thermostat that works great, can't say enough about the customer service.
