Yes, was a little pricey, but my technician, Ezequiel was the reason I gave 5 stars. He was very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The company was very professional and great with communicating with me up to the service time, which I have had issues with in other companies. Will definitely use again when I need.

They didn’t find the leak they replaced what they claimed was the leak, it wasn’t. Charged almost $700 and when I called them to let them know the city had informed me a week later that we were still loosing the same amount of water they said it would be a totally new charge. Huge waste of money, extremely disappointed.

Excellent and fast service by the company and their technician. Just based on those factors, I’d rate them a 5 star. However, all they did was replace a small section of copper pipe with a rubber one, and the elbow joint it was connected to. I already had identified where the leak was and removed the drywall. Yet the cost, for a hour of work was $500. Home advisor says the average cost to repair a leaking pipe was between $150-$350, so knocking off a few stars for what seems to be overpricing. — Edit, the day after posting the above review, a manager contacted me and discussed the price, and dropped it much closer to the home advisor range (still above but close). Improved my rating to 4 out of 5. A little expensive, but comes with a quality guarantee of working with a great established and trusted outfit. Thanks guys, will use you again in the future.
