Had a very bad customer experience. Was called a liar in front of a couple of employees and even the managers little kid. The guy that helped me originally was great very nice and helpful. When I went back with an issue is when the original sales guy was no longer there and the guy in charge, let me have it. Think I'll stick to ordering off the internet or driving to the eastside. When I saw that they have almost a 4.8 star rating I was shocked. Then I noticed a pattern that I see quite a bit. For every poor 1-2 star rated review, that is generally very detailed and personalized. There will be a slew of very vague and general 5 star reviews.

Had a great experience 2/20/2020 with David and Mike. They were very helpful and got me on my way quickly. Props for the good customer service which is becoming harder to find. Thanks again for helping me get those laundry line valves!
