Sewer line clogged. Called Roto-Rooter 11/12/21. Showed up, ran a snake, & spent a lot of time telling us we needed to dig the line out & replace the connection for $2,850. Water was sluggishly flowing in sewer line. On 11/15/21 line is again clogged & water is backed up into the shower & toilet is bubbling (as before). Called for warranty service (6 month warranty). Had to argue with Adam to get him to come out. He couldn’t have cared less about our problem or the warranty. He came & said roots in the line were the problem & couldn’t be cleared. Ran a snake, achieved sluggish flow. 6 month warranty only provided 1 call out, so it was really a 2 day warranty! Called another company on 11/16/21. They worked on the line, we heard a big whoosh, & water gushed through the line. Roto-Rooter was focused on up-selling for $2,850, not clearing a clog for $300. We don’t know why they targeted us, but possibly because we are old, retired people. Watch out for unscrupulous plumbers!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FINALLY AN HONEST PLUMBING COMPANY!! I spoke with the manager Kristina, who handled my call, and she was so helpful and understanding of my situation and got someone out to me ASAP! Don was the plumber who came, and I highly recommend him! He didn't beat around the bush, and their pricing was more than fair. On top of it all they resolved my problem. Great company and great service!

Don Jackson is this franchise owner. Super polite. Explained the steps he would take to clear the sewer pipe from the outside clean out to the city connection. He used a snake video camera to determine the cause, then rotor rutted the pine roots that entered a sleeve connection on the pipe 40 ft away. Thankful for the QUALITY of gentleman Mr. Jackson is. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND AND ENDORSE ROTO-ROOTER of Kemah, TX.
