  I’ve used Grand Slam Plumbing for three different jobs and they are coming out for a fourth. First time around I asked for a quote on installing a gas line and gas stove. Josh, the owner, gave me a very reasonable and fair price and he and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. While he was giving me a quote for the gas stove, he noticed some water puddling in the front yard. Turned out it was a water leak from the city meter to the main line in my foundation. Josh came out the next day and fixed it right away. The last job they came for was an a/c drain issue. I came home after a 3 day vacation and my guest room and closet floors were soaked. I called Josh and, even though he was dealing with dental surgical pain, he was able to coordinate with one of his technicians to come out the same day and fix the a/c drain. I have them coming out today too work on the a/c drain again as my wife and I decided to just replace it all together to avoid potential future issues. Also, they do great job cleaning up afterwards too, which some other companies may not do. They really take the time to focus on your specific job and do it right the first time. As new homeowners, we were worried about contacting people to work on the house because I knew we could be prime targets to be taken advantage of, but I never felt any issues with Josh. I knew he was being honest, fair and reasonable in his assessments of the work we needed done. He really is an honest, hard working, and just overall great person. I would HIGHLY recommend Grand Slam Plumbing to anyone in the area. We have decided to continue using them for any other issues that may arise or just any upgrades we’d like to do. The people are great and the work is great. It’s hard to find a company that excels at all aspects of their business.

  What a blessing! I called Grand Slam Plumbing at 8:30pm because our shower kept running non-stop and we didn't know what to do. I remember a Facebook post referring the company and I took a chance and I'm so happy I did. Josh came right out and not only fixed our problem but he checked the maintenance on our water heater and faucets. I highly recommend Grand Slam Plumbing to any and everyone and the price was reasonable. Thank you again!

  We used Grand Slam 3 times over the course of a month, because when it rains....surely it pours. We first re-piped the whole house. Justin and Fabian worked hard over about 3 days to get our house re-piped. They even went above and beyond to replace the sheetrock pieces they could to make our repairs easier. They were professional, polite, and efficient throughout their work. They cleaned up after themselves as much as they could, and didn't track dust throughout our house. No loud music, no cussing, very nice guys. Then Fabian came back to fix a valve on a shower for us. Again, exceeded our expectations. He's so kind, explains things at a level us commoners can understand, and makes us feel comfortable with what he's doing. Then our sewer line collapsed. Johnny and Steven came to evaluate it and guided us through the evaluation. Justin and Fabian came back for the work and a 6 day project was completed in 3 days! We were significantly impressed with the timeline. The excavation company Grand Slam outsourced to was very professional as well. They left our yard as clean as they could, cleaned up after themselves, and were very efficient in their work. We also worked with Josh (the owner), Brittany (his wife), and Kelsey over the phone through all the scheduling of our projects. They were so receptive, always answered the phone, and very patient with our obvious overwhelm and frustration with our issues. Overall, so impressed with the group at Grand Slam. They're our go-to plumbers from now on. Except, we hope not to need them again too soon!!!
