  Our new shower started backing up after the toilet flushed, I called RotoRooter and they were here within the hour. Matt was very friendly, knowledgable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. I assumed we’d be waiting all day since it was a Sunday but they came very quickly!!

  He was professional and knowledgeable of what he's doing. My problem was already written upon their questionnaire. So he arrived politely say hello and introduced himself and no fuss about it. He check the bathroom to where the problem was and went to the main sewer system and went out and get his stuff. It took him about 10 minutes to prepare his machine and 15-20 minutes to clear the clogged with and put everything in place. He told me what's causing the problem and that's it works is done. So it's about 30 minutes job in and out That's all I like about it.

  Edit: Terry reached out to me to try and amend some of the cost as well as follow-up on the service performed. I highly appreciate this even if the initial visit was terrible. Was told an inspection could be made free of charge by roto rooter. No tools were used to inspect the lines. Didnt bother checking access to cesspool in frontyard nor attempted to access the line from safer traps we knew was higher than the potentially clogged main line. He says "it doesnt work like that". Was told it was 50/50 chance of being a clog or full cesspool. Also overcharged by 2-3x compared to competitors for the same service which was to simply inspect the main line and snake it. We were desperate to find out the main cause of the issue and told our cleanout service 1 year prior should indicate not having a full cesspool. He opens main trap inhouse with hammer. Cap breaks and sewage begins aggressively coming back into house. He has no tools immediately onhand to remove the waste. Have to provide garbage cans, rags, as he uses wet/vac to fill cans. Screaming profanities as he spreads the mess throughout. Both cans get filled as it gets tracked throughout the walking areas and he scrambles for tarps. Charged for replacement cap and snake that didnt do anything. Have to call in emergency septic/cesspool service to empty cans, and spend a few days throwing out/bleaching most items of basement and walking areas. Was told the whole thing was avoidable and a safer alternative would have been to check the exterior cesspool tank first. Or run the snake from further up the line as we originally said. Did not take precautions, made/left a mess, overcharged, and was unprofessional during the service.
