  In their website, free estimate was to be provided but I was to pay $90 ,if I did not hire them. And they said this after examining the plumbing problems. So I was forced to hire them. In addition to this they added $75 more in the middle of the work on top of the original charges for anticipated extra works. But the pipe turned to be healthy. Therefore, the anticipated work was not needed. They still charged that $75 and I paid. I am an old person. My head does not work fast anymore. Later I realized what happened. They are not honest.

  Woon, I am sorry you feel that there was any kind of dishonesty. I would like to clarify that we do advertise and give a lot of free estimates. However when we have to diagnose an issue (running water, loosening or tightening fittings, cut Sheetrock) we charge a diagnostic fee. We never force anyone into doing business with us. Please call the office so we can straighten out this misunderstanding. Thank you.

  I was very pleased with the service. Beyond pleased!!! The office was polite and helpful over the phone and they came on time. Even early!!! Josh was my plumber and he was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the problem at hand. I will be using this company again!!

  The guys showed up on time and made sure I was satisfied. They came in a pinch to help out. The pricing was very fair and worked very hard!
