After purchasing a new house we found several challenges however they will always be my first call with all plumbing issues. Aaron walked us through everything and answered all of our questions and concerns. He follows up with his work and cares about his customers. No one ever wants to have plumbing and sewer issues but he does make the process smooth and less stressful. Definitely will recommend

The technician was so friendly and helpful, did a great job in locating and removing blockages in the sewer, removing unmentionable material in the crock holding the sump pump, and in making sure the sump pump returned to working properly again. My anxiety was unbelievably through the roof and despite coming out in snowy and cold weather conditions, working inside and outside, he did an amazing job and made me feel safe again. Thanks so much!

Kind of expensive just to unclog a drain, $415. They wanted to use a camera to check the heating ducts for a sewer/gray water line link and charge an extra (discounted rate) of $485. The HVAC company who did my furnace inspection, filter replacement, and used a camera to look into 3 of my heating ducts for the same reason was a total of $195. Not sure how or why Roto-Rooter charges $485 to scope one duct. The drain in the kitchen clears great now and based on quoted prices, they're about average to slightly higher than other services cost-wise. The plumber was thorough in explaining everything and trying to diagnose the problem the best he could considering I have old, terracotta heating vents (never heard of or seen before) but the price to just scope it and not actually fix the problem was way too high.
