  Hello neighbors, I am here to warn you about working with this outfit. I have used this company 4 times in the past 10 months for various projects around our home (wet bar plumbing, new bathroom plumbing in basement and fixing a leaking toilet). The relationship started out well; Jessie was great at showing up on time and communicating effectively which is more than many contractors we have worked with can say. However, we did have two issues we tried to resolve with the company and the owner was extremely unreasonable. Upon completion of our finished bathroom in the basement, the installation team damaged our floor tiles, which we had to have replaced by a handyman. We tried working with Leonard's plumbing to adjust our final bill for the bathroom due to this mishap. To my surprise, they were completely unwilling to work with us on adjusting the bill when they damaged our floor despite having photos of the damage and invoices for hiring a handyman to make the repairs. Instead of knocking off a reasonable figure from our bill, they instead said "take us to court". I do not know about you, but I do not have the time and energy to waste going to court over a couple hundred bucks, but I do have a few minutes to warn you all of this poor customer service. I hope you all have better luck with plumbers in our community and head my warning here of doing business with this outfit.

  Made an appointment to have a new toilet installed. Plumber came in, looked at the toilet and said he didn’t have time to install it that day. The secretary knew ahead of time it would not be installed that day and never called to tell us. We hired someone else to install the toilet. We received a bill from Leonard’s Plumbing for a service call (1/2 hour), $94. Very unprofessional.

  Made appointment for new sink and plumbing two weeks prior to install date. Showed up 1 week early. Said they were sorry see ya next week. Called morning of install - told would be there between 11:00 and 12:30. No show - called back - reception hung up on me. Called back again - again was hung up and told they were busy! Was a 30 year customer with them. Not any more!
