  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could leave 10 stars I would! I had Mr. Craig Patterson come over to help assist today and I cannot leave enough stars. Not only was the problem fixed, the price was great, the service was amazing! From start to finish all my questions were answered. Mr. Craig ensured to answer all my questions and took the time to explain it so I understood. They came out to my house so quickly which with everything going on is rare! I will definitely continue to use their service! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Service was timely and efficient. Tech was knowledgable and hard working. Only reason not recommended is the insane cost. Parts and labor were expected; however over $1500 for 3 hours worth of work is far too expensive. That being said I made the decision to continue with service and am happy the work is done. My suggestion is to shop around before choosing this company.

  Really appreciated how quickly I was seen and the issue resolved. Will definitely recommend Roto-rooter, hands down. My technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained as he went about fixing my issue. Very happy with my service.
