We had Alan here to look at a really bad clog, turned out to be multiple ones since it's an old house and some roots had gotten in our main drain outside. He was simply put amazing and did a great job! Very knowledgeable, fast and quick to get started and locate the problem. I will be more than happy to call roto rooter again, especially if we can have him back on scene! Thank you Alan for your time and the job you did!

Office staff has always been very accommodating with scheduling, their follow up has been spot on and easy to deal with. Matt, Josh, and James went above and beyond! I cannot thank them enough for investing as much time as they did. Super easy to work with and each time they have made sure the problem is resolved before they leave. This crew is a keeper for all future work I need.

Matt was AWESOME!! We have attached condo units and were experiencing septic back-up in both downstair bathrooms, Roto Rooter had someone come out on a Sunday, take their time to explore and address the issue and patiently explained to us the process and resolution, thank-you so much!!
