I wanted to update the fixtures in our master bath, but had been trying to figure out what to buy on the build.com site for a few weeks. I was not sure exactly what parts were needed or what brands were going to last the longest. Called the showroom and set up an appointment with Laura at Ferguson. She was stellar. She explained everything, made great recommendations, and within a short period of time, I had everything I needed. I wish I had called sooner.

Went to Ferguson to ask a few questions and to buy a toilet but got the cold shoulder and was asked to put my mask over my nose. I am on oxygen and have a hard time with the mask. There is no more mask mandate in New Hampshire. I adjusted my mask and I continued to ask a question and the rep asked if I had an appointment. I said no she said I needed an appointment. There is no sign at the door stating appointments only. There was no one else in the building needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere I was also thinking of doing a whole new bathroom but will not be using this company
