  The technician arrived quickly and efficiently solved our issue; however, he insisted on having his field supervisor come to run a camera in the drain. After refusing multiple times, the field supervisor arrives and stated we had an expensive problem before ever getting out of his car and running his camera. Will never use this company again.

  Thorough, and kind. Made sure we were taken care of even after he was gone. Stayed in touch with us until services were finished. Called to check on us throughout process. I highly recommend Keenan!
