  I felt like my issue was not important. He said he didn’t like working with Kohler or Price Fisher and didn’t want to come out till I got the part which had no model number and he said unless I had the original package I couldn’t find. I wasn’t the original owner of my property so didn’t have. So, I am going with another plumber. I live so close and feel he just didn’t want to deal with my brand of plumbing. Meanwhile I still have a leak. If my job wasn’t worth it to him, he should at least have a referral program. He did seem very knowledgeable but not very concerned about my problem.

  I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to a friend. Alan was quick to respond and knowledgeable with more than just pluming. He was professional, on time, and thorough.
